You are strongly encouraged to present your work at the EBPS 2021 Biennial Meeting. All authors who submit an abstract that is accepted will be able to present a poster at one of the poster sessions. In addition, some of the abstracts received will be selected by the Organisers for a "nanopresentation" (a short oral presentation during a dedicated session in the programme).
Abstracts can be submitted exclusively through your personal myEBPS area; you will need to register to have access to the latter. Unless you are a Master student, please note that payment of your registration fee is required before you can submit an abstract. Master students may submit an abstract without payment; if the abstract is accepted, the registration fee will be waived otherwise it will need to be paid at a later stage.
The abstract submission deadline is 4 June 2021. The Scientific Committee will then review all the abstracts received to select nanopresentations and/or poster presentations. All authors of accepted abstracts will be requested to upload a PDF of their poster; this item will be available to all participants for the entire duration of the meeting. Authors selected for a nanopresentation will need to prepare also a short 2-min talk, to be delivered live during the dedicated session.
The abstract should be submitted by the presenting author only. Each registered participant may submit a maximum of one abstract. During the submission process authors can indicate their preference for "poster only" or "poster and, if selected, nanopresentation".

*To benefit from this reduced registration fee, participants must be Ph.D. students or postdocs. A confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details will be available during the registration procedure).
Accepted participants will need to pay a separate participation fee of € 40. Please do not make any payment for the workshop unless you are specifically notified to do so.
Payment is possible by bank transfer or by credit card/PayPal. Further details about the payment procedure is available through your personal myEBPS area.
Before processing the payment, please determine wheter you have specific billing requirements.
Please decide to whom your registration costs must be billed to and make sure that you have all the required information.
Cancellations with a refund request must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat and must be accompanied by a valid justification. Refunds will be decided case by case by the organising secretariat. If accepted, cancellations within 14 June 2021 will be refunded fully minus an administrative charge. No refunds will be provided after 14 June 2021.
Registrations for this meeting continue to be open until 1 July 2021 but please note that, after 21 June you will only be able to pay using the PayPal/credit card system. No other forms of payment will be possible after 21 June.
